Opposition parties planning to discredit outcome of the presidential election – Lai Mohammed






Lai Mohammed, minister of information, says Senate President Bukola Saraki slowed down the progress of the All Progressives Congress (APC)

The Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, has alleged that opposition parties have hatched out a plan to discredit the outcome of the February 16 presidential election if President Buhari who is the APC Presiential candidate, wins the election.

Speaking at a press conference in Abuja today February 4th, Lai Mohammed said

opposition parties have planned to send a 10-member delegation to some foreign countries to sell the idea that the Buhari-led government will not hold credible elections.
Mohammed said the government and Nigerians must not allow those he described as “desperate politicians ” to scuttle the nation’s democracy.
