Martins Otse VDM is a cyber bully and a fraudster
After the Wedding Ceremony of Priscy, VDM made a video stating that he would never insult or engage in any tussle with Iyabo Ojo again. It seemed they finally settled.
When I watched the video, I laughed out loud because I know VDM apart from being vindictive by nature, also acts on impulse...and I also notice that he is an envious person with the way he publicly jab his Acquaintances.
Na him go dey hail Davido whenever Davido acknowledges him, na him go still dey call David out when he thinks he is being ignored by Davido.
Sebi, he called Burna out not too long ago but when Burna Boy gave him attention, he started licking his ass!.
People like him are dangerous.
Someone that has shown you hate, that have taken you to the cleaners publicly cannot turn back to like you.
I am intelligent to know that when some lines are crossed, there can't be any U-turn. The best, is just to act maturely by being indifferent, and give the person a wide berth.
I knew he would still come for Iyabo because he doesn't like people proving him wrong. And, Priscy's marriage, her being loved and cherished proved everything he said about her wrong.
I know people like him, they feel less powerful when people prove them wrong.
He heard Priscy just put to bed... Unconsciously, his spirit couldn't rest, he had to post some Radarada that Iyabo hates Naira Marley and wanted to pin Mohbad's death on him because Marley drugged Priscy and took advantage of her.
He is bent on spreading what is not verified just to destroy the happy moment of the newly wedded couple.
That is how narcissist roll.
People like him never forgive!. They pretend to be cool with those they detest just to hit them with nail and 2 by 2.

Security: Nigeria in safe hands – Tinubu reassures
President Bola Tinubu has assured Nigerians of his administration’s firm commitment to restoring peace, law, and order nationwide, particularly in communities affected by insecurity.
Tinubu gave this assurance on Tuesday through the National Security Adviser, NSA, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, during the commissioning of new housing units in Kaduna State.
The housing project, developed in partnership with the Qatar Charity Organisation, aims to rebuild and rehabilitate communities impacted by banditry and violent attacks.
“Nigeria is in safe hands, and we will restore law and order. That is an assurance we are giving. It will be done,” the President declared.
He stated that notable progress had been made in restoring peace in Kaduna State, describing the prevailing atmosphere as one of renewed hope and increasing stability.
“Recovery is ongoing, and it is clear that fresh air is blowing through Kaduna State. Things are changing,” he noted.
Tinubu emphasised that governance must prioritise the needs of citizens, especially those displaced or harmed by violence and insecurity.
“We are wiping the tears of victims of extreme violence. We are reconciling communities and creating a sense of inclusion for all,” he said.
He commended the Kaduna State Government, NSA’s office, and Chief of Defence Staff for their combined use of kinetic and non-kinetic strategies.
Tinubu also lauded the ‘Kaduna Peace Model’ as a homegrown, community-based, and intelligence-led approach to sustainably addressing security challenges.
He highlighted the reopening of Birnin Gwari Market and the return of displaced farmers to their lands as tangible signs of progress.
“This is a public declaration that Kaduna State is having a new face — a face of reality and rebuilding,” Tinubu added.
Addressing the victims, he said: “We heard you. You are victims of extreme violence, but we are with you. Your pain is recognised.”
Tinubu expressed gratitude to Qatar Charity for its support and reaffirmed the government’s resolve to deliver sustainable, life-changing interventions.
“This fight against terrorism is a challenge, but addressing it is a top priority under our national security agenda,” he said.
Reps approve N105bn budget for RMAFC
The House of Representatives Committee on Finance on Tuesday approved the sum of N105.14bn for Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission operations for the 2025 fiscal year.
The committee, chaired by Lagos lawmaker, Abiodun Faleke, adopted the proposed budget during the budget defence session with the management of RMAFC led by its Chairman, Mr. Mohammed Shehu.
Shehu, at the event, told the committee that out of the total proposal, N20.6bn was for personnel, while the sum of N8.9bn was for overhead expenditure.
According to the document cited by our correspondent, projected sources of revenue from January to June 2025, from 0.5 per cent non-oil Federation revenue, stand at N37.20bn, while the projected revenue from July to December 2025 stands at N67.94bn.
The RMAFC boss noted that, “The sum of N75.5bn representing 71.8 per cent of the total budget is earmarked for capital estimates.”
He commended the committee for championing the recent amendment of the RMAFC Act, saying that it had positioned the commission to perform more effectively.
On his part, Faleke said that the committee had gone through the budget and was satisfied with the estimates, adding, “Through our oversight, the committee will ensure full implementation of the budget.”
He noted that the National Assembly would proceed on its annual recess within the week, stressing that upon return, the committee expects between 30 to 40 per cent implementation.

Kemi Badenoch and the Burden of Belonging
Kemi Badenoch and the Burden of Belonging
By Mogaji Wole Arisekola
In the grand theatre of British politics, few stories are as puzzling as that of Kemi Badenoch — a woman seemingly on a fast track to becoming Prime Minister, yet visibly burdened by a conflicted sense of identity. Her Achilles heel? A deep discomfort with her Nigerian heritage.
Rather than embrace her roots with pride, Kemi appears determined to shed them entirely. Her strategy? Launching sharp criticisms at Nigeria in a bid to prove she is “British enough.” But that path is not only misguided — it is self-defeating.
Kemi could have taken a page from the political playbook of Rishi Sunak, the British Prime Minister of Indian ancestry. Sunak didn’t attack India to curry favour with British voters. On the contrary, he won hearts by standing firm in his identity — British, yes, but never denying his heritage. That confidence resonated with a modern electorate that values authenticity.
You see, confidence in one’s identity is a superpower. I, for instance, never apologise for being Nigerian. I don’t enter rooms seeking validation from others because of my nationality. I assess if the people in the room are worthy of my trust, of my time, of doing business with me. If my Nigerian background is an issue for anyone — that’s not my problem. It’s theirs.
I remember a relationship I once had with a woman who said she loved me, but didn’t like Nigerians. I didn’t flinch. I walked away. Because if you reject where I come from, you’re rejecting who I am. I won't make excuses for being Nigerian — I introduce myself as Mogaji Wole Arisekola: writer, entrepreneur, patriot. Full stop.
This is where Kemi gets it wrong. What began as a political ploy now resembles a psychological struggle. Her refusal to embrace her Nigerian identity has morphed into a spectacle of public self-denial. It's not just a miscalculation — it’s a crisis.
Kemi’s dream of leading the UK will remain a mirage unless she embraces her dual identity with the grace and strength it deserves. She needs to reframe her story: not as someone ashamed of her past, but as a woman who straddles two worlds — one who can bridge the UK and Nigeria, and build partnerships that matter.
Post-colonial Britain is trying to heal old wounds. Through development projects and foreign aid, the UK has shown it wants to make amends. What greater symbol of that reconciliation could there be than a Prime Minister with roots in one of its former colonies?
But that narrative requires a candidate confident enough to own it. Kemi hasn’t shown that courage.
As for me, my Nigerian identity is not a hindrance — it’s an edge. I’ve built my success in the world of Journalism because I understand the terrain others fear. While some see the headlines about Nigeria and cringe, I see opportunities. I turn negative press into strategic value.
Kemi should try that. But first, she must stop running from her reflection.

BREAKING: Baba Ọba of Oyotunji Village Dies Suddenly Amid Controversy with New Alaafin of Oyo(GOV. SEYI MAKINDE)
Shockwaves are reverberating across Yorùbáland and the global Yorùbá diaspora following the sudden death of the Baba Ọba (King’s Father) of the famed Oyotunji African Village in South Carolina, USA.
The late Baba Ọba, Lukman Arohunfale, a revered socialite and traditionalist, passed away under circumstances already sparking fierce controversy. His death comes just days after he publicly accused the newly installed Alaafin of Oyo, His Imperial Majesty Oba Akeem Adéyẹmọ Owoade, of allegedly ordering his courtiers to beat him mercilessly during a recent courtesy visit to the Oyo palace in Nigeria.
In a widely circulated voice recording, the deceased recounted how what was meant to be a simple homage turned violent. Although the Baba Ọba had reportedly battled ill health in the past year, growing insinuations suggest that the alleged physical assault may have aggravated his condition, ultimately leading to his untimely death. The palace in Oyo recently denied that such assault took place after the recorded allegation went viral, urging police to investigate before yesterday’s demise of the the Baba Oba.
Sources within the Oyotunji community and palaces across Yorubaland reveal that tensions had been simmering even before the incident, particularly over the allegiance of Oyotunji Village. While the Oyo palace had asserted historical claims over the settlement, the late Baba Ọba and some others maintained that the village’s loyalty was to the Óoni of Ife, further complicating traditional alliances.
The Late Baba Ọba after his alleged beating at OyoThe sudden death is now threatening to snowball into a major crisis for Oba Owoade, whose young reign as Alaafin stabilizes after a fiercely contested selection process. Yoruba elders, cultural leaders, and traditional institutions across Nigeria and the diaspora urgently call for calm, warning against actions that could inflame an already volatile situation.
\A senior figure from the Council of Yoruba Elders, speaking anonymously, said, “We must tread carefully. The dignity of our institutions must be preserved. Investigations must be thorough, but we appeal for patience and wisdom in this delicate matter.”
As the family of the late Baba Ọba prepares for final rites, and an independent medical examination is reportedly underway, all eyes are now on the palace in Ọ̀yọ́ and the leadership of the Yoruba nation to manage a brewing storm that could have deep cultural and political repercussions.
This is a developing story.
