Alleged Land Grabbing: Businessman Accuses AIG Durosinmi of Connivance with Aare Fakorede Dr. Saheed Mosadoluwa, CEO of Harmony Gardens and Estate Development Ltd, has expressed frustration over alleged land grabbing and intimidation. He accuses AIG Durosinmi of colluding with Aare Bashiru Fakorede and others to demolish his estate and hijack his business. Mosadoluwa claims that on July 17, 2024, a group led by Sodiq Oloto, allegedly hired by Fakorede, stormed his property in Oju-Ota, Oko-Orisan village, Epe, Lagos State, with armed thugs and policemen. They demolished parts of the estate, claiming Modupe Damacio Oni-Orisan had engaged Fakorede as a family agent.
