A nightclub owner was shot dead while live streaming on Facebook.
Omar Rolon Sanyuzt owned the Los Mero Mero club, in Puerto Rico. On the night he was assassinated, he logged on to Facebook and was doing a live stream to his friends on Facebook when he was shot dead as his viewers watched in horror via Facebook.
In the video recording his death, which has now gone viral, the 44-year-old can be seen looking at the camera before gunshots are heard in the background. The business owner
then quickly turns his head to look behind him and he was hit. The horrific incident occurred in the city of Puerto Nuevo.
The victim was reportedly rushed to the Rio Piedras medical center in an ambulance but he was pronounced dead on arrival.
The Homicide Division of the San Juan police have opened an investigation into the incident but no arrests have been made.
