Kendall Jenner had extra security while in Paris for the Victoria's Secret show following Kim's robbery ordeal

Looks like members of the Kardashian clan are still shaken up following the robbery attack on Kim K in Paris. A source who spoke to PageSix.com said Kendall who walked the runway for Victoria's Secret in Paris went everywhere with extra security. The source told the gossip site that the model and reality star had 'special handlers' and additional security and and 'wanted nothing to do with anyone' except close pal Gigi Hadid.

'She had a special handler the whole time when other girls didn’t'. She arrived at the after-party with private security, even though the police were there.'

Security at the party was so tight that multi-millionaire, Mohammed Hadid, who is father to Gigi and Bella Hadid, couldn't get in. He only got in after a publicist came to his rescue to explain his daughters were inside the party.

Sources claimed that Kendall blanked even members of the press.
She 'wouldn’t do press interviews and was actually hiding at one point. One reporter asked her a question and she literally ignored her. She just kept looking at pictures of herself on her phone.'

Mother pays £1,300 to drill holes into her cheeks because she's jealous of her son's dimple, (Photos)

Mother and beauty blogger, AJ Weir, 44, from Lutton in Lincolnshire who was desperate to have dimples, spent £1,300 to have holes cut in her cheeks.

Aj went under the knife in September despite warnings from her family friends, and had chunks of flesh cut out from inside of her cheeks and then stitched up in order to give her a dimple effect.

According to Aj, dimples are something she has wanted for a really long time and has watched her friends with dimples get their way because of their endearing facial features.
'If somebody has dimples, I will try to stick my finger in their face. It's really weird, but I just love them. I see them as a sign of being cute.'
The beauty blogger had her boobs done before she decided she wanted a dimple just like her 11 year-old son.

Bearing in mind the risk of messing up her face and the possibility that the procedure may not work, Aj went ahead and cut up her face.
"I knew there were risks associated, because it was my face. Sometimes the skin doesn't adhere and the dimple will be there to start with, but after a few months, it will disappear. There was a risk you could go through it and end up with nothing. For a lot of people this seems like a really stupid cosmetic procedure and it seems insane to start messing about with your own face. Some people say you should just be happy with what you've got and I get that but this was something I wanted to do.' I could afford to do it and I wasn't going to put my family in any sort of financial crisis by doing it, so why not?"

Omg! Teenager chained n*ked by her parent for absconding ...photo

A teenage girl, identified as Onyeka John, has regained freedom after she was allegedly chained by her mother to burglar-proof bars for about one month.

The girl lived with her parents on Serebe Street, Abaranje, in the Ikotun area of Lagos.

The parents reportedly tied up Onyeka by the neck and legs for habitually running away from home, which they ascribed to mental illness.

The parents had gone out on Wednesday and locked up the girl as usual.

On that day, the landlord, Mr. Oladapo Olubajo, was said to have gone to the backyard, where the family’s apartment is located, to check a pumping machine when he saw the girl.

The landlord was said to have alerted a resident, who reported the case to the police.

The resident, who begged not to be named, said the girl’s parents eventually showed up at the police station and made statements.

He said, “The parents locked the girl up. She is about 14 years old. She was chained n*ked to the burglary inside the room by the neck and legs. Policemen came to rescue the girl. Her parents later turned themselves in at the station. They said the girl had been a disgrace to the family.”

The landlord, Olubajo, told Punch that he wanted to take up the matter with the parents, but some residents prevailed on him not to.

He explained that he met the girl n*ked in the apartment, adding that the condition she was could frustrate her to commit suicide.

Olubajo said, “When I saw her chained to the burglar-proof bar, I raised the alarm. The police later got the parents to the station and interrogated them.

“The girl said she had been there for almost one month. Her parents moved here a year ago. I have noticed that their behaviour was odd. but I didn’t know they could go to the extent of chaining their daughter.

“People begged me and the police eventually released the girl to them yesterday (Wednesday). The conclusion we reached is that I want them out of my house. They also claimed the girl is mentally ill. Even if she is mentally challenged, was that the right way to go about it? She could have killed herself.”

Onyeka’s father, who spoke with Punch on the telephone on Thursday, said he and his wife meant no harm for the girl.

He said, “She always runs away from home. That was why we chained her. I think she is mentally ill. We planned to take her to a hospital this month. As I speak now, she has fled home again.”

Lagos Police PRO, SP Dolapo Badmos, sai,d“The lady is suffering from mental illness. Her parents chained her to prevent her from entering the street, and without intention to harm her.”

Man loses hands to Herbalist after his siblings took him there ...photo

A 26-year-old man, Oluwasegun Ayoola, has lost the use of his two hands after he was allegedly tortured by a herbalist in the Oke-Aro area of Lagos State.

Punch Metro learnt that the unidentified herbalist, who is still at large, tied the victim’s hands and feet and dumped him in a clay pot for three days without food.

The victim was said to have been released after some family members intervened. He was subsequently taken to a hospital for treatment.

A Punch correspondent gathered that Oluwasegun was cleaning up his apartment on Idimu Road, Ejigbo, when he collapsed and was taken to the herbalist’s shrine by a half-brother, Afolabi.

His mother, Mrs. Kudirat Ayoola, said she never knew they were being taken to a shrine on the day of the incident.

She said, “My son lives in his late father’s house in Ejigbo; I don’t stay with him. On April 30, 2016, I was called that he had collapsed in the house. My stepson, Afolabi, and a stepdaughter told me to join them because they were taking him for treatment. I never knew it was a herbalist’s house they were taking us to.

“When we got to Oke-Aro, they handed us over to a herbalist. I protested, but they said it was for the improvement of his health. They dropped us off and left.

“On the following day, the herbalist poured palm oil around my son with candles and some fetish items. He asked my son to kneel down while I should be praying. He brought out a knife and a divination tablet. He said my son had become his meat.

“We were alarmed and my son started struggling with him. I screamed for help. They started fighting and my son headbutt the man. Some of the herbalist’s associates came and beat up my son. They tied him up and dumped him in a clay pot. He was there for three days.”

She added that efforts to locate a police station in the neighbourhood to report the incident proved abortive, adding that her relatives later came to free the victim.

Oluwasegun said the incident had left him disable, saying he depended on his mother for almost everything.

He said, “When I left the herbalist’s place, I went to a police station in Agege to report the incident, but the policeman I met at the counter didn’t attend to me because my hands stank and flies were buzzing over my injuries.

“I later saw a police patrol van, which called an ambulance. I was given some treatment and taken back to the house. But my condition has not improved. I depend on my mother to go to the toilet, wear my clothes and even eat. I can’t do anything by myself.”

However, Afolabi, the victim’s half-brother, denied any complicity in the matter, saying he only joined other family members to save Oluwasegun.

He said, “I was not around when he collapsed. But we discovered he had lost his mind when he came round. When the mental illness was getting out of hand, we arranged and took him to the herbalist’s place at Oke-Aro.

“I was not there when he was tied up, but I learnt that he struggled with the man, scattered his house and injured him.  We took him to the herbalist’s house for care. We had spent a lot of money over him, I don’t have any more money to spend.”

It was learnt that Oluwasegun’s late father married three wives and had property in different parts of Lagos State.

His mother was said to be the third wife of the deceased, while he was the woman’s only son.

Punch Metro learnt that the case had been taken up by the Lagos State Office of the Public Defender.

The Public Affairs Officer of the OPD, Mr. Adeoba Adeniji-Adele, who confirmed the incident, said the agency was still studying the case.

He said, “Spiritualists are not neurologist or certified physicians, so people have to be wary of them in medical matters.

“The first port of call in this case should have been a hospital for proper diagnosis. Instead, he was taken to a place where his treatment got out of hand. We are still studying the case and appropriate action will be taken in due course.”

Gov. Ayade says getting rid of HIV in Nigeria means young people must abstain from s3x

Governor Ben Ayade of Cross River says the only way to end the HIV scourge in Nigeria is for married couples to remain faithful to their partners while young people abstain from sex.

Ayade said this on Thursday in Calabar at the commemoration of the 2016 World AIDS Day celebration.

He said, “The absolute factor that can put an end to HIV/AIDS spread is total loyalty and abstinence.

“Married couples must be faithful to their partners. Young people must remain virgins until they get married and never allow any barber to use unsterilised clipper to cut your hair.

“Whatever the story, AIDS is real, it is a scourge, you must avoid it.’’

According to Ayade, the time has come to teach young people true African culture where sex before marriage is a taboo.

He described the usage of condom `campaign’ as creating a false feeling of protection, adding that the use of condom had not helped in stopping the scourge.

“Rather, it increases the level of promiscuity among the younger generation and encouraged unfaithfulness,’’ he added.

He said that the state government would do everything within its power to reduce the spread of HIV/AIDS in Cross River.

The Director-General of the State Action Committee on AIDS, Dr. Rose Nyambi, disclosed that no fewer than 164, 267 people were currently living with HIV/AIDS in the state.

She said the number was made up of 103,000 females and 61,627 males.

Nyambi said the figure, which represented a 6.6 per cent prevalent rate, put the state on the fifth
position in Nigeria.

According to her, Cross River has a mixed epidemic which shows that the prevalence among the general population and key population is high.

Nyambi also said that the state had the highest rate of Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission in Nigeria.

She stated that this was achieved through various government policies and programmes on HIV/AIDS prevention.

The director general, however, lamented the exit of donor partners, describing the development as creating an extra burden on the state government.

Doctor suspended for calling Michelle Obama "monkey face", insists she is not racist

A Denver doctor has been suspended from seeing patients indefinitely after she called first lady Michelle Obama monkey face" on Facebook then insisted her comments were not racist.

According to the local ABC affiliate KMGH, Dr. Michelle Herren, who is an anesthesiologist at Denver Health Medical Center and an assistant professor at Colorado University School of Medicine, posted an unflattering photo of Michelle on Facebook with the caption "doesn't seem to be speaking too eloquently here, thank god we can't hear her! Harvard??? That's a place for "entitled" folks said all the liberals!" Herren then wrote that she wasn't being racist, that she was just "calling it like it is": She wrote:

"Monkey face and poor ebonic English!!! There! I feel better and am still not racist!!! Just calling it like it is"
Shocked by Herren's comments, a fellow Facebook user JoAnn Nieto, sent an email to the Colorado University Board of Regents.
"Hiding behind the excuse that you're not racist doesn't negate the fact that you are being racist," Nieto told KMGH.
Although Herren has since deleted the comment and taken down her entire Facebook page, she is still insisting her comments weren't racist at all. In a phone interview with KMGH, she said her comments were taken out of context and that she didn't realize the term monkey face was racist.

According to the Denver Post, the pediatric doctor will not be seeing patients at Denver Health Medical Center. It is unclear if Herren is being formally suspended. In a statement to the paper, Denver Health said:
"Until further notice, Michelle Herren, MD, will not be seeing patients or providing anesthesia services at Denver Health."
In a previous statement to the Post, Denver Health said they couldn't fire Herren for her "off-duty" comments.
"While the leadership of Denver Health is appalled by these remarks, as a public entity we are constrained by both state and federal law, including the First Amendment right of free speech, to terminate any employee for their off-duty comments, regardless of how offensive their comments may be"
