The fact that the Ghanaian musician is always running to the juju man is becoming rampant these days.
Different stories about musicians going to Juju people have been the other of the day with the latest one being a young musician called King Zazzy who took musician Screw Face to Nzulezu in Nzema. According to King Zazzy, he paid Screw Face Ghc.200 to feature on his song which was being recorded by Cash2 some two years back.
The story continues that Screw Face refused to honour the deal because he was too busy and had sore throat at the time he was supposed to go for the recording. This angered King Zazzy to the extent that he could not wait for the issue to be sorted by any institution in the music industry. He only wanted to take his money the spiritual way but did not care about what they were going to do to Screw Face.
At this time, what we at Flex newspaper would like the institutions to do is to start educating musicians to know the ways and means to solve their issues and not to resort to juju people all the time.
Institutions like GHAMRO, MUSIGA and the rest should intervene quickly to solve issues among musicians amicably to prevent them from resorting to juju people because if care is not taken, all musicians in Ghana might die because of juju issues.
