Security operatives have arrested one Christian Chidebere and Benjamin Mallo at a hideout in a village in Langtang North Local Government Area of Plateau state, according to a statement released by Operation Safe Haven.
Christian Chidebere, a native of Enugu State, had been hunted by the army and police for a long time before he was found and arrested by troops last week.
A search was conduced at the gunrunner’s hideout as many guns both pistols and rifles were recovered by the security agents.
The other suspect, Benjamin Mallo was arrested a handmade rifle with live bullets.
Both suspects are currently in police custody and are helping with investigation.
