Footage which captures the moment Police in Sacramento shot an unarmed man 20 times at his grandmother house, has been released.

22-year-old Stephen Clarke, a father of two was in his grandmother's backyard in Sacramento on the night of Sunday, March 18, when police shot at him 20-times thinking he had a gun, but it turned out to be his mobile phone.

His family is calling for justice.
