Some say she could have excused herself to breastfeed her baby and return to continue addressing the national assembly committee made up of mostly men. A Brazilian minister Manuela D'avila shocked everyone as she brought her her "baby's food" and started giving it to the baby in public glare. Some of the men felt uncomfortable.
