British Police declare man who spat and threw coffee at a female rail staff, wanted

According to the British Transport Police, the man (pictured) walked up to a member of rail staff, spat and threw his coffee at her. It was however not stated whether it was a racial attack or a moment of unjustifiable rage. They are out to find him and are requesting for information from the members of the public. See the request after the cut..
