A fake prophet has been arrested by police operatives in Ondo state over alleged fraudulent activities.
The suspect identified as Ojo Bobade but popularly known as Ade Ojengbede or Baba Olobi Prayer Centre in Abuja and environs, and Eniba in Akoko area of Ondo state – all in a bid to shield his alleged fraudulent activities.
According to reports, the suspect would begin by appearing like a reverend father or prophet to his victims and later manipulate his prophecies to land them at his herbalist shrine in the far bush at Irun-Akoko, in Ondo.
One of his victims, Olanrewaju reportedly said the suspect duped him of about three million Naira and other valuable items.
