The 30-year-old allegedly underwent surgery to have four ribs removed last year in an attempt to obtain her miniature waist – in new photos, the German-born whose real name is Sophia Wollersheim, flaunted her unique ultra-small midriff in a black mesh bodice.
Her 18.5 inch midriff certainly turned heads in the Californian city as she dressed to impress while on a shopping trip – she paired her skin-tight bodice, which had a sheer top to show off her cleavage, with a pair of figure-hugging black leggings and high heels.
She accessorized to the max in a huge pair of black bejewelled sunglasses, diamond bracelets and anklets and a designer handbag. The self-described DJ and showgirl finished off her look with a slick of red lippy and matching red nails.
