GOOD 4 YOU: Court Freezes Gov Fayose’s Bank Account

The bank account of governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti state has been frozen by the Court of Appeal sitting in Ado-Ekiti, following an appeal filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

In a lead judgment, the Court on Thursday directed the freezing of the account, after ruling against the judgment of Justice Taiwo Taiwo of Federal High Court, Ado-Ekiti division.

Fayose is a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and one of the very vocal personalities against the ruling party, All Progressives Congress (APC) and President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration.
