Nigerian singer, Small Doctor gushes over his son as he turns a year older

Fast rising Nigerian singer and performing artiste Temitope Adekunle popularly known as Small Doctor, has taken to instagram to wish his son @khing_khikhi a happy birthday

The 21-year-old Yoruba artiste shared photos of his son and wrote:
