Policeman “kills” bike rider in Lagos (Video)

A policeman was, today, prevented from escaping after allegedly killing a bike rider in Ogba, Lagos.

According to reports, the bike man lost consciousness while the officer was assaulting him for not allowing him seize his bike, and all efforts to revive him through CPR, proved abortive.

Upon noticing what was happening , the policeman tried escaping from the scene, but he was apprehended and battered by passersby. He was later compelled to take the unresponsive man away from the scene.
