Over the weekend, fashion icon, Abbah Folawiyo's granddaughter, Oluwaseun Awolowo, got married to her man Akintoye Bode-Kayode, traditionally in Lagos.
The bride, Oluwaseun is the first daughter of Prince Segun Awolowo, the Executive Director/CEO, Nigerian Exports Promotion Council and first grandson of the great Sage, Chief Obafemi Awolowo. Seun holds a degree in Politics and International Studies from Warwick University. She is a motivational speaker and runs an NGO.
The groom, Akintoye is the son of late Olabode Kayode. His mother, Osayomwanbo ‘Bobo’ Bode-Kayode, Nee Giwa-Osagie, died last December. Toye is an account manager with SmartTransit USA. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Reading.
