Here’s the moment a frustrated man poured dirty water on another man for splashing water on him while driving along a muddy road.
The man who was walking along the road was infuriated when a man driving with his car on the same road splashed water on him.
He had to stop the driver and made him wine down his glasses before pouring the dirty water he scooped from a water log on that same road on the man.
