The Rivers State Command of the Nigeria Police has arrested
a suspected rapist who defiled an 8-year-old girl in Rumuolumeni, Port
Harcourt.
He was arrested by SP Kingsley Chukwueggu of the Rumuolumeni Police Division under the Operation Ember Flush.
