Married father-of-two travels 1,000 miles with 2 pack of sweets and lube to have sex with 9-year-old girl

 

A 64-year-old father-of-two, Mark Andrew Nichols was arrested on Saturday after he travelled over 1,000 miles to have sex with a nine-year-old girl, in a sick rape plot.

The Texas man drove from his home in Austin to an address in Orlando, Florida, where he was caught with two packets of sweets and a bottle of lubricant. 
According to Orlando Police, the 64-year-old had responded to a fake website ad created by undercover detectives posing as parents wanting to “learn new things about raising little ones”.
The ad was a deliberate plot to encourage potential predators to take the bait.
Police said in the conversation with a detective posing as the parents of a nine-year-old, Mr. Nichols asked to have sex with the 9-year-old and discussed his plans to do so in detail.
The 64-year-old who is married with two kids is also said to have sent sexually explicit messages to a person he believed to be the girl, describing the sex acts that he planned to perform with the child. 
He was arrested on arrival as police were already waiting for him. 
Mark Andrew has since been charged with of attempted sexual battery of a child under the age of 12, attempted lewd or lascivious conduct,  He also faces two counts of solicitation of a minor through a computer, obscene communication, traveling to meet a minor and unlawful use of a communication device.
