The Ebonyi state governor, David Umahi has gifted a heavily pregnant woman, identified as Gloria Nwankwo who was working on a new site as laborer (mixing concrete), with an instant donation of N200 ,000.
The governor while inspecting the ongoing mushroom farm project in Abakaliki was moved to compassion when he spotted the pregnant woman.
He walked to the expectant mother and ordered her to go home, adding that her condition was not good for such tasking job.
He made the donation to the woman to start any business of her choice to enable her take care of her unborn child.
