CCTV from outside a housing estate in Chantaburi, Thailand's east showed the moment when an African man was shot at by the driver of a car on Friday morning.

Dabu said that after a visit to hospital he intends to report the matter to police.
He said he had no idea why he might be targeted in this way as he had no problems with anyone.
