Blessing Timidi Digha, advocacy Officer at African Girl Child Development and Support Initiative is bereaved.
The popular advocate lost two of her youngest kids, Itunu and Oluwadamilare in a fire outbreak that took place at their residence on Sunday 24th of June, 2018.
Confirming her children’s death, Blessing wrote: “Two children! I’m sure I’ll run mad. I know I will.”
According to reports reaching TheNewsGuru, the kids were asleep when the fire outbreak started. Sadly, fire service were called but didn’t have much water to put out the fire.
Her husband, Olabode has also taken to his Twitter page to express his grief.
Blessing is the Executive Director and also works as the Community Mobilization and Advocacy Officer at African Girl Child Development and Support Initiative, a non-governmental, not for profit organization that advocates and works towards the advancement and development of the Nigerian Girl Child through Advocacy, Research and Interventions.
