Popular musician, Yinka Ayefele, has reacted to the demolition of a part of his Music House building, located around Challenge area of Ibadan, Oyo State, on Sunday.The singer described the building as his “pain” and “sweat”.
“Oyo state government did at last,” he wrote on Instagram, sharing a picture of the demolished building. “My pain my sweat..so help me God.”
We had earlier reported that Yinka Ayefele’s radio station Fresh FM in Ibadan was undergoing demolition after the Oyo State government served the media house a notice to remove the structure from the location.
The state government had, last week, issued a demolition notice, which the legendary musician and broadcaster said was politically motivated.
