The Rapid Response Squad of the Lagos State Police command arrested two suspected phone thieves who were nabbed around Ojota enroute Oshodi with two phones and three sim cards in their possession.
According to the RRS, 'they claimed they found them on the floor but when the phones rang and we answered, it was discovered they were stolen in traffic'.
