She is known for her humility among the people she has been living with in Musoke Zone in Bulenga, Wakiso District, according to reports.
Her ex-husband, Mr Benson Mayambala Wsvamunno and their children attended the funeral ceremony.
Ms Joan Nakato, a resident, who says the late was her friend, describes Nalinya as a warm person, who had many friends.
“Nalinya made many friends at her Mobile Money kiosk near Musoke Road in Bulenga because she had created a system where trusted clients would simply call and she would deposit money or airtime and pay her later.”
“Her friendly customer relations approach earned her many friends. I believe she may have met with Afande Kirumira in a similar way,” Ms Nakato says.

Nalinya died due to bullet wounds. At the time of her death, Nalinya was staying alone and sometimes with her sister Gorreti, a neighbour to the late Kirumira.
President Museveni sent condolence message and Shs5millions to the family of Resty Nalinya.
The money and message were delivered by Gomba RDC, Mr Fred Nayebare Kyamuzigita to deceased’s father Mr Aloysius Kaitale.
During the burial ceremony, the RDC accused the media, NGOs and Civil Society Organizations of being behind all the killings in the country.
"Killers, thieves, murderers are used by foreigners, NGOs, CSOs, terrorists to destabilise our country through financial support and using desperate youths to incite violence. You're joking. You’ll not rule this country and you should stop the violent means of taking over power," Mr Nayebare told mourners.
The catechist of Kakomo catholic Sub-parish, Mr Emmanuel Lwanyaga urged Ugandans to “stop being greedy for power.”
"It's greed and scrambling for power that killed our daughter, Resty," the catechist said.
He called for unity, peace and love and marked the killers of Kirumira and Resty as cowards and the deceased as heroes.
"Heroes are assassinated by the cowards and these cowards should get to know that God is the only judge of human life, not politicians, not police, not the army," the catechist added.
The IGP John Martins Okoth Ochola also sent condolences (Shs2million) to the family of Resty, delivered by SSP Francis Chemusto (RPC Katonga region) and urged Ugandans to be calm and peaceful.
"We're investigating this case and a report shall be made," the IGP’s message read apart.
