President Buhari Returns To Abuja From Egypt (Photos)




President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday returned to the nation’s capital, Abuja, after a three-day visit to Egypt for ASWAN Forum on Peace and Sustainable Development in Africa.

The President's Presidential jet NAF-001 touched ground moments ago at the Presidential Wing of Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport, Abuja. 

The President was accompanied on the visit on Tuesday by Governors Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa, Godwin Obaseki of Edo and Mai Mala Buni of Yobe State.

Others are: Minister of Defence, Gen. Bashir Magashi (Rtd); Minister of State, Foreign Affairs, Amb. Zubairu Dada; National Security Adviser, Maj-Gen Babagana Monguno (Rtd); and the Director-General, National Intelligence Agency, Amb. Ahmed Rufai Abubakar.

The ASWAN Forum which held from 11-12 December, is an initiative to address the interconnections between peace and development in Africa while promoting Africa-led solutions through strengthening policies and practices.
