President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday signed the 2020 budget into law.
He assented to the N10.6trillion package in his office at the presidential villa, Abuja.
The ceremony was witnessed among others, by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Senate President Ahmed Lawan and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila

“It is my pleasant duty, today, on my 77th birthday, to sign the 2020 Appropriation Bill into law. I’m pleased that the National Assembly has expeditiously passed this Bill. Our Federal Budget is now restored to a January-December implementation cycle.” the president said while signing the budget
