‘You Are Looking For Your Class’ Nigerians Tackle DJ Cuppy After Lamenting Bitterly Over Rihanna’s Pregnancy

Nigerian female disc jockey and billionaire’s daughter DJ cuppy has come under criticism after lamenting over the pregnancy news of singer Rihanna.

The photos of Rihanna and her lover A$ap Rocky, which flooded the social media space on Monday, 31st January 2022, sparked several reactions from people.

Also reacting to the news, DJ Cuppy, in a post shared on the microblogging platform Twitter laments bitterly about still being single and Rihanna is pregnant.

DJ Cuppy wrote: Rihanna is pregnant, and I’m still single.

As expected, many netizens fired back at her, stating that she’s not ready for marriage because she is looking for her billionaire class or probably someone she could control.

Esabod Global News recalls DJ Cuppy recently opened up on her relationship with Kiddwaya during an Instagram live chat with Kidwayya.

The duo sparked  dating rumour in 2020 when Kiddwaya sent wishes to the disc jockey during a diary session of the BBNaija reality show.

Kiddwaya and Cuppy however fell out on the set of Highlife, a British documentary-reality TV show, and it affected their real-life friendship.

DJ Cuppy noted that the platonic relationship between them is “very misunderstood,” because most people believe they hate each other.

“I feel like our friendship is very misunderstood. The fact that people actually think that we have bad feelings towards each other is mad,” DJ Cuppy said.

“Because it’s the opposite, we are super close as friends. I have nothing but respect for you, and I’m really proud of you. I’m so proud of the man that you’re becoming.”
