Oh dear!...why are some humans so heartless like this? Rev. Father John Adeyi, the Vicar of Otukpo Diocese who was reported to have been kidnapped about two months ago has been found. Unfortunately, it was his lifeless body that found by residents of Otukpo in Benue State.
According to Fab Mimi who sent me story, the priest's decaying body was dumped at LGEA secretariat. Many villagers and policemen rushed to the place and they could not believe their eyes.
It would be recalled that two months ago, Father Adeyi was kidnapped by unknown gunmen but was never released in spite of the payment of the sum of two million naira (N2million) as ransom.
Benue State government made an offer of N5m to anyone who could give information as to his whereabout, but no luck. Only for the innocent priest's body to be found at the back of the LGEA secretariat at Otukpa, Ogbadibo Local Government Area.
