British man spends 3 weeks in jail in Dubai for sending angry Whatsapp message to car dealer who scammed him

British man spends 3 weeks in jail in Dubai for sending angry Whatsapp message to car dealer who scammed himA British man, Estate agent Yaseen Killick, 29, claims he was jailed in Dubai for sending an angry Whatsapp message to a car dealer who ripped him off.
Killick says he was working in the Middle East with his wife Robyn as a last "adventure" before returning home to the UK to start a family. He said they bought a £6,000 VW Golf from a dealer that broke down within hours.

Yaseen said that he was very angry when he found out the car that he was sold had previously been written off.
He wrote an angry Whatsapp message to the dealer asking: "How do you sleep at night?"
But the couple said they were then stopped at the airport when trying to fly home to London for Christmas and arrested Yaseen for his 'angry' WhatsApp message.
According to the Sun, Yaseen spent three weeks in jail before he was able to get out of jail.
He told the newspaper: "It was a nightmare. The prison conditions were horrific.
"I was treated appallingly - all for sending a WhatsApp message."
It is the latest in a string of horror stories of Brits being locked up in the United Arab Emirates for dubious 'crimes'.
