First photos from the mass burial for the 75 victims of herdsmen attack in Benue The mass burial for the 75 victims of the herdsmen attack in two communities in Benue state on January 1st and 6th, is currently taking place in Makurdi, the state capital.

The state governor, Samuel Ortom, members of the state executive council and residents in the state are at the burial site. The remains of the deceased persons mainly women and children, will be buried at  at the Industrial Layout, along Naka Road, Makurdi.
