Governor Nyesom Wike places N640m bounty for the arrest of 32 cultists in the state

Rivers state governor, Nyesom Wike, has announced a N640 million bounty for the arrest of 32 cultists in the state. In a state-wide broadcast, Governor Wike said there is a N20 million bounty for every cultist that is indentified and exposed by any resident in the state.
