Nigerian man celebrates mum who sold rice to conductors to send him to school

A Nigerian man based in United States, took to Instagram to celebrate his mum who did sold rice to bus conductors in Ajegunle area of Lagos State to send him to school.According to Ejiro Onobrakpor, his mum who now lives in United States, gave up everything, including her clothes to train him alongside his siblings in school.

He wrote;

I reckon, there’s nothing more joyful than the feeling of a child that grew up in the slums to see his mom that gave up everything, including the clothes on her back to give him and his siblings an education live to taste and enjoy the labour of her love.
The woman that sold rice at a bus-stop in Ajegunle to conductors and drivers now lives in America. 😭❤️ Malle(Warri for “mother”)words can never express how much we love you

Recall that in 2017, a Nigerian man identified Dan Ladi shared his life journey’s story on Facebook. According to him, he sold his mother’s car out of desperation some years back so he could raise money to travel abroad. He has made money and bought his mum a brand new Venza. He wrote;

some people got the means and finances to appreciate there mothers, but they don’t have mothers, some people got mothers, but de don’t have the means, So i am really thankful to God for his Grace to be able to do this for you in life, i pray that the good lord preserve all our beautiful mothers .
