Teyana Taylor suffers nasty fall off stage at NYC Concert (Video)

Singer and dancer, Teyana Taylor suffered a nasty fall during a tour stop at the PlayStation Theater in New York City.

 In the video obtained by TMZ, the mother of one is seen dancing on stage before she then slipped off into the crowd while performing “No Manners” from her KTSE album

It is unclear if she suffered any serious injury.
