Kemi Olunloyo who seems to be deeply invested in the Fatoyinbo vs. Dakolo case has reacted to the latest update on the matter. A Senior Advocate of Nigeria and human rights activist, Mr. Femi Falana denied being Busola Dakolo’s lawyer, representing her in the alleged rape charges against COZA pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo.

She said via her Instagram handle;
“Femi Falana says he is NOT the Dakolos lawyer in the #Coza alleged RAPE scandal. So many lies by the Dakolos. He said he only intervened when they feared their petition won’t be attended to. Look how shabby a rape scandal is going. Now I’m in #OpinionJournalism mode.“
“There is more going on than meets the eye, so who was the source of the Punch editor’s fake news department that said the matter had been transferred to Lagos. And who said Falana was their lawyer? Meanwhile, ppl said I gave them fake news when I’m just investigating the truth. Punch has already lost three journalists on this case fired for a cartoon.“
“She had these stories of things that didn’t happen. Many of you are saying that ‘okay he didn’t rape her, it was consensual but still, that’s underaged sex’. But the fact is that it never even happened,” she said in an Instagram video.”Kemi Olunloyo was vehement in her support for Biodun Fatoyinbo, she said Busola Dakolo was not raped, there wasn’t even any consensual sex, Busola made the entire thing up.
