7 budding musicians for Bull Fuji Talent Hunt

Seven talented Fuji musicians were on Friday selected to compete in this year’s edition of the annual Bull Fuji Talent Hunt after months of intense search in six states, including Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Kwara and Oyo states.

Zonal auditions held in Ibadan, Ijebu-Ode, Ikorodu, Oshodi, Osogbo, Akure and Ilorin.
Following the auditions, Wasiu, a.k.a. Mr Lemon from Oshodi Zone, Saheed Okiki Ikorodu Zone, Waheed Oropo from Osogbo Zone, Ishola Ade Ilorin Zone, Ashafa Martins from Ibadan Zone, Iyanda Olubori from Ijebu-Ode and Afolabi Ibrahim from Akure zone will compete in the grand finale.
In a statement issued by Lanre Alabi, Chief Operating Officer of Kingsize Entertainment, the two months of auditioning have been more adventurous.
”Nigeria is blessed with a bundle of talents, especially young and upcoming Fuji artistes in the Southwest and Bull brands gave them a lifetime opportunity to showcase their musical prowess.”
Meanwhile, the grand finale holds in Ibadan at Mauve 21 Events Centre, Ring Road, Ibadan, Oyo State on Friday, June 3.
Popular Fuji artistes expected to grace the occasion include Abass Obesere, Rasheed Ayinde, Taye Currency, as well as Yoruba comedian, Taiwo Obama.
So far, the first three seasons have produced Nurudeen Atanda, aka Antenna, Idriss Akanbi, aka Aloma and Muftau Alabi, aka Senior Prefect, as winners.
