– His lawyer is also in trouble Donald Trump, a United States presidential candidate, is reportedly among a set of top flying Americans that have been duped by Michael Chudi Ejekam,
a Nigerian and real estate developer formally with the Bayrock group with headquarters in New York to the tune of about $1 billion.

 Ejekam allegedly in trouble Ejekam, who also worked with Actis, the firm which constructed the Ikeja mall in the Alausa area of Lagos, is in trouble for an extortion scheme with Jody Kriss, a former top official of the Bayrock group.

The Herald reports that Ejekam and Jody Kriss are in a legal battle following accusations that for the past three years, they had being central players in the $1 billion extortion scheme against Bayrock, Donald and Ivanka Trump, as well as several other top individuals, law firms, politicians, and real estate companies.

He thereafter took up a job with Actis as its West Africa director of real estate. He was however fired after Actis learnt of the issue. Lawyers to Ejekam and Kriss are themselves in trouble. While Frederick Oberlander allegedly has an animal abuse case to answer, his colleague, Richard Lerner was recently removed from his firm.
The two lawyers are also accused of other unethical practices in the case that involved using sealed government documents as evidence, thus putting several defendants’ lives in danger. Two weeks ago, multiple award winning filmmaker Kunle Afolayan had been caught duping innocent fans. But that is not the celebrated actor. The top Nollywood filmmaker has disclaimed 14 Facebook accounts set up by fraudsters to dupe innocent Nigerians of their hard earned income. According to Afolayan, who revealed one of the fake accounts recently set out to dupe people, promising them laptops, ipads and other things. As a result, he decided to sensitise the public.
