Tshifhiwa Radzhadzhi, the conman who promised to wipe off the criminal conviction of South African Paralympain, Oscar Pistorius for R40,000 has been sentenced to four years in prison.
According to Sowetan, the authorities reported that the 33 year old who posed as a prosecutor was arrested in a sting operation on March 18, while receiving the money from Pistorius.
Radzhadzhi offered to make the case ‘disappear’ but got busted after the athlete who shot and killed his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp in 2013, alerted the police.
Speaking to Pressmen on Tuesday, the spokesman of Directorate of Priority Crimes Investigation, Lieutenant Colonel Robert Netshiunda said that Radzhadzhi was sentenced to four years in prison at the Specialised Commercial Crime Court in Pretoria on Monday, after being convicted of corruption and impersonating a prosecutor.
