Please I want to know if the ethics guiding medical practice in Nigeria allow for Medical worker to be taking picture of their patients and displaying it on social media.

This Lady took picture of my grand dad lying almost naked on the operating table without his consent and posted it on Her Instagram page.

 

I just saw it and I'm really infuriated right now. I want to talk to My lawyer first thing tomorrow. Kindly advice me on what to do.
