Jennifer Hudson gives her ex-fiancé David Otunga 2-weeks to move out with their son

 

Jennifer Hudson has given her ex-fiancé, David Otunga, just 11 days to pack his things and move out of the home they shared with their child David Otunga Jr.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Hudson, 36, agreed to allow Otunga into the home to move his and their son's things out of their home. 
Court documents say Otunga, 37, must be completely out of the house by December 11. He is allowed to have three people come and help him move out. Hudson was granted exclusive possession of the property because she is the sole owner.
The quit notice comes just days after a judge granted Otunga primary custody of their 8-year-old son, David Otunga Jr,  following their ongoing court battle.
The couple who got engaged in September 2008, enjoyed a 10-year relationship before they separated.
