Omg! 2 Babies Dumped By Their Mothers; 1 dead, 1 rescued alive

According to reports, two babies were found after being dumped by their mothers in parts of Kebbi state. One of the babies was found after the JNI Office in Birnin Kebbi and the other was picked up in Bawada area of Gulumbe district in the state.One of the babies was rescued alive, sadly the other was found dead in a polythene bag.
