Today, NNPC's Group Managing Director, Dr Maikanti Baru and his team paid an unscheduled visit to some dark spots in Abuja where they busted a Black Market location and arrested the culprits.
According to him, 'aside drawing us back and encouraging sabotage, these young men are also putting their lives and that of anyone around them in serious risk'.
