Nigerian Army commander allegedly refuse scholarship for daughter of a deceased soldier whose mother turned down his advances

A Nigerian soldier fighting Boko Haram in the North East, has made a wild allegation about a military commander who denied his blood brother's daughter a scholarship she is meant to get from the Army after her father was killed while fighting Boko Haram.

According to the twitter user, @Hardyl, the commader denied his niece a scholarship from the military because her mother refused to get into a relationship with him. Hopefully this gets investigated. Continue to read what he wrote on twitter below..
