Wow! Watch video of 16 yr old boy who invents a car

Ihere-serg Mascot,16 yr old from Ebonyi State Wednesday, presented a car he assembled himself to the Executive Governor of Ebonyi State Engr. David Nweze Umahi at the Governor’s office, Abakaliki. Ihere told press men that his car does not emit gas and does not use fuel, but is powered by solar energy. 
The young engineer was allowed to drive the car around before the governor.More photos and a video after the cut...
