Facebook user, Kemmie Obaditan, had earlier called out her former lecturer, Mr Samuel Olorunfemi Adams, for allegedly harassing her while she tried to write her exams as a student of the University of Abuja.

Kemi has taken the quest for justice a step further by starting a petitions page, where people can sign for the lecturer to be able to receive justice.

Kemi further called other students of the University to come forth if they have experienced the same thing she accused him of. See what she wrote below:
“My fellow colleagues, friends and students that attended University of Abuja Gwagwalada. If your know anyone or if you have had an experience with Adams and his boys please I will like you to send an email to this address. [email protected]. Thanks guys. xxxx”
“This is a clarion call to everyone who is passionate about justice…….much more so……anyone who has been victimized, dehumanized, and punished unjustly by Mr. Samuel Olorunfemi Adams and his boys. Justice has finally shown up, I enjoy you to contact me for more details at [email protected] also let’s keep sharing & signing till we get to the 1000 mark.”
She further enjoined people to continue signing the petition to bring possible punishment to Mr Adams. Here’s what she wrote with a screenshot below:
“I’m enthralled at how far we’ve come in making this happen. One thing I know for sure is we are not backing out neither are we going to give up till justice is brought to the University of Abuja Gwagwalada. I believe a paradigm , a practical model for social change must exist which includes understanding the ways to transform consciousness that are linked to efforts to transform “STRUCTURES”. #samuelolorunfemiadamsmustbestopped#”

According to Kemmie, she was bashed in the media when the story first broke out, something she said she doesn’t care about, as it won’t affect her decision in ensuring justice is carried out.
Read what she said below:
“Contrary to speculations and malicious propaganda being bandied about in the media I am not seeking cheap fame or striving to be in the limelight neither am I vindictive or vengeful. As it falls on every individual, it’s rested upon my shoulders…that I should be a voice to the victimized, dehumanized, downtrodden in every facet of society and in doing this I have become an ADVERSARY to self-imposed “demigods” and their sycophants. I stand for every young, old, aged, nubile, sterile colored, woman that have been verbally or, physically abused, ridiculed, shamed, degraded, defamed and denied their rights in every institution , and this fight is for the NIGERIAN STUDENT who has become a victim of hapless harassment, unnecessary intimidation , unjust grading system most importantly terribly “devalued”. In the words of everyone who has stood up against injustice. This is an ideal which I hope to live for and to see realized, and if needs be it’s an ideal for which I am prepared to DIE FOR. OLUWAKEMI OBADITAN”
The petition was closed down by unknown sources, forcing Kemi to open a Facebook page to further pursue her cause.
