Popular Yoruba actress, Folashade Omoniyi-Adewale, better known as Lepa Shandy had her 'A Day With Lepa Shandy'(Birthday & Movie launch) event, yesterday, April 10, 2016 at Blue Roof, LTV 8, Agidingbi, Lagos.
The event which also featured an award segment held at De Blue Roof, LTV 8, Agidingbi, Alausa,Ikeja,Lagos, and it was well attended, especially by the colleagues of the talented thespian.
However, the event started behind schedule. The current fuel scarcity was said to be responsible for its late take off.
Among the dignitaries who graced the occasion were former Lagos first Lady, Dame Abimbola Fashola, a couple of law makers and traditional rulers.
Lepa Shandy’s colleagues, including Iya Awero, Hakeem Rahman, Ronke Oshodi Oke, Nike Peller, Deji Etiwe, Sunday Adewale, Kemi Ogunbiyi, Liz Idowu, Yomi Fash Lanso, Funke Etti, Tayo Sobola aka Sotayo, Esther Igbekele and top Fuji musicians, Adewale Ayuba and Sefiu Alao Adekunle were there too.
