
Words cannot describe the huge turnout of Nigerian movie stars as they celebrate one of their very own in the Yoruba movie industry.
Madam Saje and Fadekemi Momoh On Sunday, April 17, veteran Nigerian movie star Fausat Balogun popularly known as Madam Saje celebrated her 40-years on stage in the movie industry at Time Square Event Centre, Ajao Road, Ikeja and was well attended by friends, family and colleagues.
The 57-year old Yoruba actress got her nickname ‘Madam Saje’ from one of her television series, Erin Kee Kee in the early 90s and she acted alongside comic Yoruba actor, Baba Suwe. Born in 1959 and a native of Oke-Ode, Kwara state, Madam Saje began her acting career at the age of 13-years and has ever since featured in so many movies.
Celebrities in attendance include Mercy Aigbe-Gentry, Adunni Ade, Biodun Okeowo, Adebayo Salami, actor Ijebu, Fadekemi Momoh, Doris Simeon, Muka Ray, Regina Chukwu, Toyin Adegbola, Sola Sotayo, Dayo Amusa, Mercy Abosele, Pasuma, Remi Surutu, Lepa Shandy among others.
