At 10.21am this morning, police received a call from the security guard of Ho Shun Fuk Building, 60 Sau Fu St, Yuen Long who reported an unusual stench emitting from an apartment in the building.
When firemen and police broke the apartment door down, they were shocked to find the bodies of a husband and wife who have passed away for some time in the bedroom. A pot of burned charcoal was found next to them.
Police are still investigating the case.
